I offer a vast range of experience in Commercial Real Estate & Multi Family Development sales. I recently transitioned from Commercial Sales to Development Project Management . My experience with development site sales, land assembly projects and development parcel analysis, has allowed for a smooth transition from Commercial Sales to Development Management I have in depth knowledge of the development process from the various development projects I have worked on over the past 15 plus years. During my years as a business broker & commercial agent, I had the privilege of being directly involved with a wide range of complex transactions. From ->Business sales, franchise sales, hospitality , strip malls, apartment building, land assembly sales and to -> large scale bare land master plan development sites. This range of industry experience has allowed me to develop strong contractual with a strong acumen for documentation review, project/business analysis and financial viability of the subject asset or business. Often working each file with multiple lawyers, lenders , accountants, development groups, business development managers as well as the buyer and seller.
Every commercial real estate sector has its own unique language, terms and acronyms… i.e.. Cash flow, Forecast reports, development yield, investment analysis, business elevations….. The learning curve was sometimes steep, often challenging and always welcome.
