Raj brings 25+ years of experience across real estate valuation, land analysis, business development, and sales. He started his career in 2002 as a Residential and Land Appraiser with Appraisals Canada Inc., building a sharp eye for spotting development potential, market trends, and land acquisition opportunities.
Raj has supported major developers and local builders through market studies, competitive analysis, feasibility reports, and forecasting tied to the Belvedere, Chestemere and Glenbow Ranch Area Structure Plans. His work helped inform planning decisions and development strategy for projects across the region.
In business development, Raj began with Booster Juice in 2003 and grew into a Multi-Owner, Area Developer, and Consultant, working across multiple brands and locations in Canada and internationally. His experience includes consulting support for Nando’s launch into Canada, involvement in international franchise discussions including Booster Juice UK, and serving as an Area Developer for Anytime Fitness.
As TDG’s Alberta Development Manager, Raj supports the firm’s growth in Alberta by identifying opportunities, evaluating sites, and helping move projects from feasibility through execution.
